Meet Amber Ralls, RN, from our Case Management and Utilization Review team! Amber’s very first job was at her aunt’s convenience store when she was just 14 years old — and she’s been working hard ever since.![]()

What she loves most about working at MRHS is the family atmosphere and getting to help people she knows from her own community — whether she sees them at Walmart or in church. She says it’s truly fulfilling to care for those around her.![]()

Amber and her husband are recent empty nesters who embrace the joy of being “boring old people.” They love anything that revolves around their kids and church. On her bucket list? Visiting New England in the fall.![]()

Her favorite hobby is cooking, especially baking homemade breads and desserts. She’s also recently taken up canning and enjoys tackling home improvement projects — even if her husband might not always agree on the next one!![]()

Amber’s family includes Gavin (26) and his wife Jade, Abby (26), Dayton (23), Pate (22), and Braylen (20). She also shares her home with two dogs, Tiny and Wren, and a cat named Shade.![]()

Meet Terah Phillips from Case Management! Terah serves as the Outpatient Infusion and Swing Bed Coordinator, bringing dedication and heart to everything she does. She began her career at Mountain View Clinic, filing dictations and medical records, and now thrives at MRHS because it truly feels like a family caring for our own community.![]()

When she’s not supporting patients, Terah enjoys attending concerts, watching sports (especially college softball), and playfully harassing her husband. She describes her hobbies as “boring old lady” activities—reading and crocheting—but they bring her joy. Her bucket list includes seeing the Northern Lights.![]()

Terah is a proud mom of Cooper (24) and Carleigh (21), a bonus mom to Shelby and Colton, and a grandmother to Keeli, Korbin, and Wrenlee. Her personality shines through as #introverted, #compassionate, #kind, #easygoing, and #mom.
